Why 360's sites win

Cheap power. High uptime. Large scale.

All three come from the same place: a basin that produces far more gas than it can move.

The Waha gas discount is structural.

Permian operators drill for oil; gas is produced either way. Gas production has outgrown takeaway every year, and every new pipeline has been absorbed within months.

Pipeline-spec gas, not flare gas.

Our sites take residue gas off major midstream systems fed by thousands of wells and multiple plants. One well going down does not take your miners with it.

Scale that keeps going.

The same systems move far more gas than any single pad, with no decline curve underneath you. 350+ MW contracted across the basin, so the next tranche does not mean a new counterparty.

Negative Waha is not a dislocation waiting to correct.

Getting this gas is hard. Keeping it running around the clock is harder. We do both.
How we run it

Field-hardened operators running a playbook that took five years to build.

Operators first

We came out of oil and gas, not out of crypto. We drilled and operated our own wells before we racked a single miner. Five years later, every lesson that cost us money is written into the playbook your site runs on.

Manned, not monitored

More than 100 years of combined mechanic and technician experience, hired out of large-scale power generation and oilfield operations. The sites are manned 365 days a year. Whatever goes down, someone who can fix it is already there.

Three states, same result

Texas, Wyoming and Colorado. Different gas, different weather, different ways for things to break. Uptime has held in all of them.

Cheap power only matters if the machines are running. Nobody gets to 95% on a gas contract. You get there with industry veterans who wrote the playbook on behind-the-meter mining in the Permian.
the model

You own the hardware. We bring everything that makes it run.

We are not a capital partner and we do not host on someone else's power. You purchase the gensets, the data centers and the miners. We put them on gas and land we already control, and we run them.

You own

Gensets, data centers, and machines. You hold title, you take the depreciation, you keep the production.

We bring

Gas under contract, land and pad, procurement, construction, and 24/7 operations with our own crews.

One contract. One operator. You own the asset and the upside, and the playbook comes already written.

Bring us a target. We will bring the site.

Tell us the megawatts you want and when you want them live. We will come back with gas, land and a real number, not a brochure.
